The Mint Partners expands with new senior hires and internal promotion
The Mint Partners strengthens its team by adding two new senior recruits, Melissa diving and Megan Osborne as well as a series of internal promotions.
The new hires and internal changes come as the brand and communications agency successfully kicks off 2022 with an increased client portfolio and an expansion of current client service.

“Melissa and Megan both bring very strong credentials to the agency along with established client and industry relationships, a strong affinity with the luxury travel market and a proven track record of delivering valuable results,” said she added.
Dive joins MINT in the role of Account Executive and will lead many of MINT’s travel and luxury brands. Her new role comes after seven years in London working at a range of international travel brands.
The new account manager has worked for Prewone International, managing a range of luxury travel clients including Mavros Safaris, The Safari Collection in Kenya, Nihi Hotels, Indonesia and Costa Rica and SHA Wellness Clinic in Spain. Melissa will lead many of MINT’s travel and luxury brands.
Megan Osborne joins the agency as Head of Content and Social Media, a newly created role to lead innovation, strategy, social media, paid media, influencer marketing, production and editorial.
A seasoned content director with a passion for customer-centric strategic execution, Osborne has led campaigns for brands in a variety of industries including travel, food, nonprofit, FMCG, home and architecture, culture and lifestyle. Osborne was most recently director of digital content for Woolworths.
Taubman said: “Along with new hires, MINT continues to grow its current team and celebrated a series of strategic internal promotions with Amber Harfordassuming the role of group account director upon her return from maternity leave, Emma Healy was promoted to the newly created role of Director of Strategy and Talent, Nicole Craig assumes the new elevated role of Director of Special Projects while Bree Nicholls was named account manager.
Amber has worked with MINT for over six years and will work across all of MINT’s clients to ensure consistency and high level delivery of projects for MINT’s assignments of over 40 current clients.
Healy, also a longtime MINT employee, will assume the new role of Director of Strategy and Talent created to champion the agency’s communications strategy, planning and overall talent strategy.
The role will be to champion best-in-class branding and planning across the agency, bridging the gap between PR-led talent and social media talent, to create partnerships of brand with a purpose for customers.
Craig, Senior Account Manager at MINT, has taken on a new role as Director of Special Projects working with MINT client teams to lead the strategy, planning and execution of large-scale events, activations and high-profile media moments – an area of the business that has grown significantly following the return of face-to-face meetings and large-scale consumer events.
Nicholls recently celebrated three years at MINT and was promoted to Account Manager. She will continue to manage a range of luxury hotel, luxury brand, event and MINT activation accounts.
